Chicago Bears– The Bears fired Matt Nagy after 4 years when couldn’t jump-start the Bears offense of team Avg. 22 points a game and declining offensive of production. At first, they draft Mitch Tribusky which did fairly well, but they recently Draft Quarterback Justin Field last year. He didn’t fare much better either. As you can see Nagy was an Offensive coordinator with the Kansas City Chiefs and didn’t leave up to the expectations with the Bears once so ever, I say that was a good decision.

The Bears has a bucket full of a list of head Coaches to choose from. Dallas OC Kellen Moore, Michigan Head coach Jim Harbaugh, Buffalo Bills  OCBrian Daboll, Tampa Bay Buccaneers OC Bryon Leftwich, Baltimore Ravens OC Greg Romans, New England Patriots Josh Mc Daniel, Tampa Baysdc Todd Bowels, and Indianapolis Colts DC Matt Eberflus. Jim Harbaugh is a bit of a stretch because of his pricey contract, but Greg Roman will be a perfect pick for a Dual-threat quarterback Justin Fields. He has experience coaching Colin Kaepernick and Lamar Jackson. 

Jacksonville Jaguars–

Miami Dolphins– The Dolphins fired third-year coach Brain Flores because the teams failed to make the playoff is a little bit of a stretch. In his first season, the team went 10-6 and fail to make the playoff.  The second season Team went 6-10 which is a down year. Third-year has gotten a little crazy because the first 8 games they went 1-7 and turn around and win 7 straight games after that. They end up 9-8 and miss the playoff. I’m my opinion he shouldn’t have been fired. he will be a head coach of another team this year.

They interview two coaching candidates are Buffalo Bills OC Brian Daboll and San Fransico 49ers OC Mike Mc Daniels, I believe Brian Daboll is a better fit at Miami because he has Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa who can be a gunslinger like Dan Marino.

New York Giants-

Oakland Raiders-

Houston Texans-  Fired David Culley after one year because of his decision-making and doesn’t seem to have the ability to communicate with his players well. It was unfair because he didn’t have Quarterback Deshawn Watson was out for the season because of the sexual allegation and J.J. Watts an All-Pro DE request to be released to Arizona Cardinal. I thought he deserve a second chance and need better players around him. It impossible task without Deshawn Watson and J.J. Watts

It’s looking like Texas is going to hire New England Patriots linebacker J.erod Mayo. There arent many good quarterbacks coming out of the draft, they either retain Deshawn Watson or go find the experienced quarterback. They need to load up more draft choices for the Future
